Changes compared to the previous release:

Improved validation warning/error logging;
Sequence matching implemented;

A new version of the Storage SCU Emulator(Ver 3.2.8) based on DVTk Library 3.2.0 has been released. The following functionality has been added to the tool.

- It is now possible to convert the Transfer Syntax of a DICOM Object before it is sent to another DICOM Node. The conversion can be performed only amongst the 3 transfer syntaxes listed below
